In September of 2025, BHIRAJ TOWER at EmQuartier received the achievement of globally recognized WiredScore Gold and SmartScore Gold certifications, as well as WiredScore Gold certification for BHIRAJ TOWER at BITEC. BHIRAJ TOWER at EmQuartier reinforces its commitment to environmental responsibility and sustainability by organizing the “World Clean Up Day 2025” activity for the third consecutive year on Wednesday, October 15, 2025. The event brought together more than 100 participants from 10 leading tenant companies to collect waste around the building area. The event aimed to promote cleanliness and raise awareness among employees about the importance of waste separation, to elevate BHIRAJ TOWER at EmQuartier into more than just a workplace but a space where everyone can live and work with quality and balance.

In addition, a creative workshop was held to make keychains and bracelets from waste collected from the sea, providing both artistic and mindful learning experiences. This activity aligns with this year’s theme, which focuses on waste generated from textiles and fashion, demonstrating how discarded materials can be transformed into something creative.
