Trustee is responsible for managing the Trust with duty of loyalty, duty of care, reasonable diligence and expertise. Trustee must treat beneficiaries fairly for the best benefits of the beneficiary independently and efficiently and based on the Trust Deed, including related laws and obligations additionally provided to investors (if any).
