The REIT Manager has considered the implementation of social responsibility practices to drive the business towards sustainability. The key aspects of sustainability have been assessed to identify internal and external factors affecting or influencing stakeholders and business operations as related directly and indirectly to BOFFICE. Social responsibility as a whole has also been taken into consideration. Business operations are geared towards handling environmental issues as well as social ones including respect for human rights, good governance, conducting business with fairness, corruption suppression, fair treatment of labour. The REIT Manager has collected data by referring to the indicators criteria of GRI 2016 and operating the business in accordance with the Sustainable Development Goals.
