The REIT Manager and the Property Manager prioritize environmental operations and aware that business affects the environment in one way or another. We’re also determined to manage the environment to derive maximum benefits for all sectors. Building operations are based on the business environmental responsibility guidelines. These include compliance with the law, the efforts to enhance operations to constantly reduce environmental impact, regular evaluation and monitoring of environmental risks, the management of existing or possible environmental impact, the efforts to conserve and utilize resources and maximize environmental capabilities, reporting of information to stakeholders in line with the environmental management system.
