2025 Two-way Communication in Person with Trust Unitholders of BOFFICE was held on 24 April 2025 at 14:00 hours. at SILK 1 Meeting Room, 2^nd Floor, Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre (BITEC BURI)

At this meeting, Mrs. Prapee Buri, Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of Bhiraj REIT Management Company Limited as the REIT Manager, presided over the meeting. Together with the Board of Directors, Property manager, Trustees from Kasikorn Asset Management Company Limited, Auditors from EY Office Limited and Legal advisors from Chandler Mori Hamada Limited, who attended the meeting.

For the 2025 Two-way communication initiative, BOFFICE has chosen to hold a direct meeting with trust unitholders to foster strong relationships and to demonstrate the dedication to transparent and straightforward communication. The aim is to ensure unitholders' confidence in BOFFICE’s operations. Moreover, this meeting serves as an opportunity for unitholders to share their opinions or suggestions directly with the REIT Manager.

Topic 1 To report BOFFICE’s key management matters and future management strategy
