Bhiraj Buri Group Launches 45-Storey Office Tower in Central Sukhumvit

A new office landmark will be launched in a prime Sukhumvit district later this year when Bhiraj Buri Group launches the BHIRAJ TOWER at EmQuartier

Bhiraj Buri Group, with over 30 years’ experience in project development and the company behind BITEC and UBC II office building, has targeted this uniquely vibrant area which is adjacent to soi 35 and in the heart of Sukhumvit.

The new office tower will feature 45 floors with a six-floor retail centre at the base, managed by a leading retail operator. The total office space available will be 47,500 square metres with a direct link to Phrom Phong BTS station. The building will also feature 570 square metres of meeting facilities, spectacular views of Benjasiri Park and a rooftop helipad with private lounge.

With its eye-catching modern glass exterior and sleek refined lines, the building will combine contemporary minimalism with Western conservativeness. Mimicking the jewels of a crown, the glass façade will feature two different kinds of glass, low-E glass and reflective glass. The former is utilized for its energy efficiency and sound reduction, and used on the north and south elevations to represent “transparency”, symbolizing Bhiraj Buri’s reputation as a transparent and self-determined business. The reflective glass, used in the east and west elevations, represents the company’s strength and independent identity.

“The tower has been designed to ensure that the future needs of the tenants are met. Constructed to the highest possible standards, the tower will focus on innovative, practical engineering and design that aims to provide strong business sustainability in the heart of Bangkok’s commercial district,” said Mr. Pitiphatr Buri, Executive Director of Bhiraj Buri Group.
